| It's time to reawaken your sense of curiosity and wonder. It's important to try and see things through the eyes of a child again. Ask questions. Make believe. Experiment. The most important thing you can do for yourself at this point is to forget you know anything. Approach your voice (and your life) as if it is brand new. Your Scientist is defined by a thirst for knowledge. Without nurturing this attribute in yourself, your life will lack a certain diligence and enthusiasm. You must be passionate about the work -- and be objective about the results. As Albert Einstein once said, "It is not the fruits of scientific research that elevate a man enrich his nature, but the urge to understand. |
