Atlantic Theater Company  Excellent off-Broadway theatre company founded in 1985 by playwright David Mamet and actor W.H. Macy.  They moved to their current theatre in 1991.

Attic Ensemble  Jersey City's resident theatre company, they use volunteers for almost everything, including actors.
